Overview
We provide a comprehensive health care benefits program featuring Blue Cross-Blue Shield CareFirst PPO Health Care Services so that our employees may choose virtually any provider anywhere for any of their health care needs. Our plan is designed to be comprehensive in content, fulfilling their personal and family needs, as well as being affordable. The health care plan is a fully integrated health service plan providing dental care, prescription coverage, vision care, and discounted membership in participating fitness centers.
Vigilant observes all Federal holidays, and our employees receive an initial 13 days of paid leave, with an additional day-per-year increase to a maximum of 15 days per year. Our Profit Sharing/401(k) Plan is administered by Fidelity Investments and features an on-line system providing multiple employee-directed investment options, and matching 401(k) employer contributions.
