Vigilant Services is conveniently located near Telegraph Rd. in Lorton VA. Our modern, well equipped offices include our management, technical and administrative offices and conference rooms.

Vigilant headquarters is supported by a heterogeneous Microsoft Back Office Server environment. WAN access is provided via a dedicated T-1 service. We also have a full compliment of up-to-date tools and equipment including HP color scanners, Fax, Dell Laser and color printers and a high speed Konica copier/printer, and a 24GB Vertas IT high density tape backup system.

Our Human Resource Systems are modern and support our employees located at client sites as well as off client sites. Our Health and Benefit Plans are administered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of the National Capital Area. Intuit provides Automated Payroll Services for our employees and Fidelity Investments administers our 401(k) Plans.

Accounting and Time Keeping

Vigilant Services' accounting system has been reviewed and approved by DCAA and can provide the information required for DCAA's continuous audit. Our accounting software system provides on-line payroll, invoice tracking, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reports. It also produces monthly reports and analysis used by management for control of contracts and tasks.
