Multi-Media Web Application Manager
To serve as a creative and production manager in the development of large multimedia rich, interactive web applications. Duties include working with clients and the coordination of a team of instructional developers, web designers-developers, multimedia specialist and test teams to conceptualize, develop, execute, and maintain large engaging web applications.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus a minimum of 10 years of general web experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience. Relevant experience in DoD, health care, and education-related industries is preferred. Project management and supervisory experience are required.

Jr. Flash Designer/Developer

Flash Designer responsibilities include:
Creating interactive Flash animations using CS3 and incorporating video, photography, and other graphics
ActionScript programming
Creating and maintaining graphics for web
Practice great Information and UI Design
Storyboard and Concept new ideas
Give presentations to clients when necessary
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or Minimum of one to two years experience in a designing for online experiences
Proficiency utilizing latest web software/technologies including Flash, Photoshop, ImageReady, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
Familiarity with dynamically driven content, and XML/various content databases, PHP, ActionScript, HTML, CSS and other programming languages

Part-time Accountant
Small but growing, Lorton, VA company is seeking a part-time accountant to prepare month and year end financial reports and assist as necessary with journal entries, GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and other accounting duties. Candidates must have an Accounting degree and 5 or more years experience working with Government cost accounting standards, including establishing and maintaining indirect cost pools. Prefer prior experience with Quickbooks. Must be detail oriented with attention to ensuring accuracy and be able to work independently.
Approximately 10+ work hours a week. Flex schedules available to include evenings.
Certification and Accreditation Tester
Lead/participate in Security Certification and Accreditation Assessments, Security Assessments, and Penetration Testing on agency systems in accordance with NIST and DCID 6/3 guidance.
Activities include; system documentation review, validation of processes and procedures, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing. You will also be required to write test and penetration plans as well as document your results both for the technical and non-technical audience. Additional activities include; analyze and evaluate the suitability of proposed security architectures for new IT systems and networks. Work with certification and accreditation authorities to define appropriate system and network security assurance requirements.
Must have experience with commercial and open source discovery, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing tools i.e., nmap, Nessus, WebInspect, Coreimpact, Kismet, run-live Linux distros, Wireshark, SRR, VMware, and Windows Scripting and others. Strong ability to analyze raw data and identify vulnerabilities not flagged by tools.
Information System Security Representative
Assists divisions and Field Offices in the compliance with prevailing Federal, DOJ and governing directives for IT systems and facilities, particularly as applies to the C&A process. Identifies system residual risks and reviews computer system certification documentation for completeness and accuracy in conjunction with system accreditation. Analyzes and evaluates suitability of proposed security architectures for new IT systems and networks. Works with certification and accreditation authorities to define appropriate system and network assurance requirements
To qualify, you must be familiar with NIST and DCID 6/3 security requirements and processes. Qualifications include a Bachelors degree, as well as a minimum of 9 years experience in computer system security. First-hand familiarity with Federal Certification and Accreditation standards is also required. All applicants must possess a current (i.e. within the past five years) single –scope background investigation (SSBI) and have a Top Secret Security Clearance. Security and technical certifications are a plus (e.g. CISSP, GIAC, MCSE, CNE etc.)
